As Executive Vice President of Construction for Clark Wilson Builder, Ty Wenglar is responsible for managing the strategic relationships between Development, Pre-Construction, and Operations, as well as being collaboratively responsible for all aspects of construction operations for multiple projects, including constructability, budgeting, contracting, staffing and construction management.

Having spent over 20 years in the construction industry, Ty has focused his career within the Multi-Family construction sector with successful developer/builder companies like Clark Wilson, Aspen Heights Partners, and The Bomasada Group where he built an exemplary track record of bringing in multimillion-dollar projects on time and on, or under budget.

Ty retired from the Army National Guard following a deployment to Afghanistan as a combat medic as well as helping in the aftermath of 2017’s Hurricane Harvey.

Ty holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University, a Bachelors degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.
